We understand that sometimes things don't work out, which is why we gladly accept returns and exchanges. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You can return the items within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, any loss in value will be the buyer's responsibility.

Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

All items are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd class as standard. Alternative delivery options include:

  • 1st Class Recorded Delivery: £4.50
  • Next Day Courier Delivery: £6.99

Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.
